For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
“Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” refers to PACK & GO SDN BHD, registration number 202601014134 (1676232-P).
“Goods” refers to the luggage, backpacks, children’s bags, travel products and related items offered for sale through Our Website.
“Orders” means requests submitted by You to purchase Goods from Us.
“Service” refers to Our online store and related services, accessible at https://pckngo.com/.
“You” or “Your” means the individual using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that individual acts.
“Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding applicable public holidays in Malaysia.
About These Terms
These Terms govern Your use of Our Website and purchases from the Company. Please read them together with Our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Governing Law Policy.
By placing an Order, You agree to the terms applicable at the time of purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an Order. A parent or legal guardian must place purchases intended for children.
Please provide accurate and current account, contact and delivery information. Keep Your login details confidential and notify Us promptly if You suspect unauthorised account activity.
We may restrict accounts used for fraud, unlawful activity or material breaches of these Terms. Such restrictions do not remove Your rights relating to payments already made or valid existing Orders.
Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, photographs and specifications accurately. Colours may appear different because of lighting and screen settings. Measurements and weights may be approximate, but this does not excuse material differences from the description.
Props and accessories shown in photographs are not included unless expressly listed.
Check the dimensions, capacity, materials and included features before purchasing. Airline cabin baggage requirements vary. A “cabin” or “carry-on” description does not guarantee acceptance by every airline.
Product availability may change. We will contact You if an ordered item cannot be supplied.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an Order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of Your Order and does not, by itself, constitute acceptance.
Your Order is accepted when We confirm dispatch, unless We expressly accept it earlier in writing.
We may decline an Order for genuine reasons, including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, unsuccessful payment verification, suspected fraud or an unsupported delivery address. If We cannot fulfil a paid Order, We will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the unfulfilled portion.
We will not substitute a different product without Your agreement.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Applicable charges and the total payable will be shown before You complete checkout.
Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. You must be authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
If We discover a material pricing error before accepting an Order, We will explain the error and allow You to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a refund.
Promotional offers are subject to their published conditions, including eligibility, expiry dates and exclusions.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer free standard shipping within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.
Our stated standard delivery timeframe is within seven Working Days after payment confirmation. We will inform You of known delays and assist with delivery issues.
International, express and overnight shipping are not currently offered.

Cancellations
Contact Us as soon as possible if You wish to cancel an Order. Orders may be cancelled without a cancellation fee before dispatch.
After dispatch, cancellation requests are handled under Our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable law.
Where We cancel an Order that cannot be fulfilled, We will refund the amount paid for the cancelled Goods and any attributable delivery charges.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Our Refund & Returns Policy explains remedies for incorrect, damaged, defective or materially misdescribed Goods and delivery beyond Our stated timeframe.
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns unless expressly agreed.
Please report visible delivery issues within 24 hours where reasonably possible and provide available supporting evidence. This reporting request does not remove statutory rights, including claims concerning defects discovered later.
Warranties and Product Care
Any additional commercial or manufacturer warranty applies only where expressly stated for the relevant product. Its duration, coverage and claim process depend on the applicable warranty terms.
No universal warranty period is promised by these Terms.
Use and maintain Goods according to the supplied instructions. Normal wear, overloading, misuse and damage caused during subsequent travel may fall outside a commercial warranty.
This does not affect remedies for Goods that were defective, unsafe or otherwise failed to meet applicable legal requirements when supplied.
Acceptable Website Use
You must not misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent Orders, upload malicious content or attempt unauthorised access to systems or personal information.
Website content, branding and design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party brands remain the property of their respective owners.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how We handle personal information collected through accounts, purchases, enquiries and subscriptions.
Marketing preferences are separate from information needed to fulfil an Order. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications.
Liability
We remain responsible for obligations imposed on Us by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, We are not responsible for losses arising solely from misuse of Goods, inaccurate information supplied by You or unrelated third-party services.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
Severe weather, transport disruptions, public emergencies and similar events may affect fulfilment. We will take reasonable steps to inform You, reduce disruption and resolve affected Orders.
Such events do not automatically remove Your right to a refund or other remedy where required by law.
Changes and Severability
Updates apply prospectively. The terms applicable when an Order was placed continue to govern that Order unless a lawful change is agreed.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes may be brought before competent Malaysian courts or an applicable consumer tribunal, without restricting mandatory rights.
